Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Everise Pasig – Ortigas, you will be the first point of contact for customers of international and local clients. You will provide professional, accurate, and friendly support through phone, email, or chat. Your job is to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
This is an entry-level role with complete training provided — perfect for fresh graduates, career shifters, or first-time BPO applicants who want to start a career in Pasig without having to travel to Cubao, Makati, or BGC.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
Assist with billing concerns, troubleshooting, and order processing
Manage customer complaints with empathy and provide effective solutions
Update customer information in the system accurately
Collaborate with teammates and leaders to meet performance goals
Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
Qualifications
At least Senior High School Graduate (old curriculum HS graduates are also welcome)
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask using systems
Willing to work onsite at Everise Pasig – Ortigas
Fresh graduates and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply
BPO experience is an advantage but not required
