Available Roles:

US Healthcare Voice – CVS Aetna Med / CVS SSI US Pharmacy (Seasonal WFH)
Outbound Collections – Panthera / Pioneer Payment Solutions (Office-based)
Pharmacy Refill Support – CVS Specialty BV Refill Offshore
Healthcare Support Associate – Centene MP (US Healthcare)
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: ₱19,000 – ₱25,000 (depending on role & experience)

Plus:

20% Night Differential
₱1,250 Non-Taxable Allowance (NTA)
HMO upon hire
Paid Training
13th Month Pay
Government Mandated Benefits
Show-Up Bonus (for some roles): ₱3,000 + 10kg Rice + ₱2,000 Grocery Voucher
Work Setup & Schedule:

Work Location: Pasig – Ortigas (some roles are Temporary Work from Home)
Schedule: Shifting or Day Shift (depending on the role)
Seasonal contracts available (up to 5 months for selected accounts)

Qualifications:

Communication: Good to Excellent English Skills
Experience:

At least 6 months BPO experience required
College Graduate acceptable if no BPO experience
Specific experience in outbound collections/sales preferred for related roles
HS or ALS Graduates accepted for some accounts

Additional Requirements (For WFH roles):

Stable Internet: At least 35 Mbps
