Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting various accounting functions including revenue monitoring, accounts receivable/payable, disbursement processing, fixed assets management, and audit process. Key Responsibilities Focusing on tracking, recording, reconciliation and maintenance of fixed assets. Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including monitoring revenue transactions, processing disbursements, and managing accounts receivable and payable. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed. Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance. Qualifications Candidates must have graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course. With at least 1-2 years experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Highly analytical, well-organized, and adept with interpersonal skills. Familiar with the computerized accounting system. Work location: Chino Roces, Makati City. Willing to start ASAP. Benefits Work onsite set-up; Open for flexible work schedule.
