JOB SUMMARY A Sourcer is responsible for screening job applicants to qualify them for assigned positions, evaluating both technical skills and soft skills. In addition, whenever required, the Sourcer will be responsible for driving the candidate acquisition process by identifying and engaging top talent for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Contact and conduct screens with job applicants to qualify and gauge interest for assigned requisitions. Complete a full set of phone screen notes using a provided template and pass off to the Recruiter or Project Manager to move candidate forward in recruiting process. Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and client needs. Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database. Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status. As required, utilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings. Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive candidates. Provide regular updates on applicant screening and sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status. Coordinate, schedule, and manage the interview process for candidates at assigned clients when needed. QUALIFICATIONS One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls. COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities) Oral Communication: Engage effectively in dialogue and fully fluent in English. Written Communication: Effectively and accurately communicate internally and with candidates in English. Professional & Technical Expertise: Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization. Decision Making: Make quality decisions and meet timeliness of those decisions. Using Specialized Technology: Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role. Action & Results Focus: Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization. Self-Management: Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time. Customer Focus: Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
