  • 12 years of Experience in delivering Infrastructure projects in banking domain
  • Thorough understanding Infrastructure terminologies
  • Ability to manage technical team members to deliver projects effectively
Good-to-Have
  • Requirement documentation, planning and defining project scope
  • Resource planning, effort estimation, Work breakdown structure (WBS)
  • Good skills on Microsoft Project
  • Cost estimating, developing budget, risks analysis and appropriate project Documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and effective time management for self and resources
  • Ability to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders and client
  • Clear understanding of project management methodologies PMP or Prince2.Certification on project management preferred
  • Reporting on project from schedule, scope, cost, risk and issues
  • Work closely with BAU team and the Service Delivery Manager on all projects and associated BAU activities
  • Change preparation, getting approvals through CAB, effective communication to key stake holders and successful implementation of changes
  • Maintain 99.8% success rate on Project changes.
  • Work under the guidelines of the service Delivery manager on all aspects of the agreed project deliverables
  • Flexible work ethics including working in non-business hours and weekends for project change implementation.
  • Willing to take additional responsibilities or act as a backup for any other team member within the team
