Overview

Yondu, Inc. in Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to support or lead project teams through all activities in the project lifecycle, including planning, time and resource management, change, risk, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the project is delivered within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
  • Comply with established project methodology and approach.
  • Communicate project status, progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders for escalation.
  • Monitor and resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
  • Manage project team members and ensure the right resources are deployed at various phases of the project.
  • Lead and coach project team members in technical and non-technical aspects to complete tasks and deliverables.
  • Determine metrics to reflect progress and enable on-time monitoring of the project.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable with Project Management.
  • Experienced with Agile Methodology.
  • Experienced with SDLC.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong process orientation and enforcement.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
  • Stakeholder management.
Experience Required
  • Project Management with at least 3 full cycle implementations and at least 3 years of relative experience; we also accept Jr. PM (1-2 years).
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Engineering, or Computer Science-related fields.
