About the role

Net Pacific, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager (EE) to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project execution
  3. Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track
  4. Regularly monitor and report on project progress, communicating updates to key stakeholders
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards
  6. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the project team
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and drive innovation

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  3. Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret engineering plans and specifications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
  5. Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Gantt charts, Agile methodologies, and Primavera
  6. PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable
  7. Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
