Key Responsibilities

• Improve and secure services delivered by a cross-border squad of engineers and journey experts.
• Collaborate with SaaS vendors and feature teams to stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies.
• Develop secure, reliable workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365, Intune, JAMF, and other platforms.
• Work with Microsoft and other vendors to integrate and maintain robust security controls.

Senior Organizational Resilience and Security Administration Officer

Job Description

You will lead the delivery of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects across CSRS. You will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of CAPEX projects to ensure delivery within approved scope, timelines, quality standards, and according to strategic goals. This includes managing project lifecycles, coordinating internally and externally, preparing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with procurement and contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual and multi-year CAPEX project plans for the division and manage end-to-end implementation of large-scale CAPEX projects.
• Coordinate with CSD budget and portfolio management office CAPEX project disbursement planning, and milestone-based reporting.
• Prepare CAPEX reporting requirements including project governance reports, and integration of best practices on reporting.
• Coordinate with CSD procurement and administrative teams to ensure processing of requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor payments comply with ADB policies.
• Resolve issues related to CSRS CAPEX projects' resource allocation, client engagement, and project risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, public administration, business administration, finance, economics, law, or a related field. Preferably with master's degree or equivalent. Advanced training or professional certification in project management is advantageous.
• At least 8 years' work experience in project management, including large-scale capital investment project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of complex projects, and at least 4 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in project implementation and coordinating planned activities across departments and clients. Proficient in project management tools and methods such as MS Project, MS Planner, SharePoint, budget management systems and eProcurement platforms.

The Information Security Analyst will play a key role in enhancing the organization's global risk, compliance, and security governance posture. The role focuses on supporting vulnerability and risk management, security audits, incident response coordination, and business continuity planning.

Experience Required: 5–7 years in Information Security, Risk, or Compliance functions

Responsibilities

• Support Security Business Partners in delivering governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability tracking, and remediation follow-ups.
• Coordinate security audits (internal and external), ensuring evidence collection and compliance reporting.
• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises.

What We're Looking For

• Governance & Risk Competencies: Understanding of information security principles, GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS), and risk assessment methodologies.
• Business Continuity & Compliance: Familiarity with BCP/DR planning, testing, and integration into risk management and audit functions.
• Technical Awareness: Exposure to cybersecurity concepts, SIEM, firewalls, and vulnerability management tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and ability to translate security concepts for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
