RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Executive Support Specialist 1. Calendar and Schedule Management Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries Prioritize and manage time‑sensitive request 2. Communication Handling Draft, proofread, and manage emails and correspondence Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders 3. Document Preparation Create reports, presentations, and briefing materials Maintain confidential records and files 4. Meeting Coordination Organize logistics for meetings, including agendas and minutes Follow up on action items and deadlines 5. Travel and Expense Management Book flights, accommodations, and transportation Process reimbursements and expense reports 6. Office and Project Support Assist with administrative tasks and special projects Monitor deadlines and deliverables for executive initiatives 7. Confidentiality and Discretion Handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity Analyst 1. Data Collection and Analysis Gather, clean, and interpret data from various sources Use statistical tools and software to identify trends and patterns 2. Reporting and Visualization Create dashboards, charts, and reports to present findings Translate complex data into actionable insights 3. Problem Solving and Recommendations Identify business challenges and propose data‑driven solutions Support strategic decision‑making with evidence‑based analysis 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Work with departments to understand data needs and goals Communicate findings clearly to non‑technical audiences 5. Process Improvement Analyze workflows and suggest efficiency improvements Monitor KPIs and performance metrics 6. Market and Competitor Research Conduct external research to support business strategy Benchmark performance against industry standards 7. Tool and System Management Proficient to use tools like Excel & Power BI Maintain data integrity and system accuracy QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources 1–2 years of work experience or recent graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply Demonstrates discretion, trustworthiness, and initiative Strong emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and communication skills Highly collaborative with a strong teamwork mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
