Responsibilities

  • Perform content review and linguistic quality assurance for AU English materials.
  • Ensure cultural appropriateness of content, including idioms, slang, spelling conventions, and local references.
  • Annotate and score data with high accuracy, identifying errors and providing clear written justifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain language standards and improve content quality.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Utilize wearable device metrics and general health & wellness concepts to assess content relevance.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements in content evaluation workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of overall experience and 2 to 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in a BPO setting
  • Six Sigma YB or GB
  • Good analytical skills and familiar with analytical tools
  • Technical expertise
  • Concern for excellence
  • BPM and PM tools - Google PLX dashboard, Looker Studio and Power BI
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Self-driven, flexible, ownership
