The IT Senior Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of the company’s overall strategy, processes, services, and roadmap to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, mitigate and address operational, financial, and technological risks. He plays a key role in initiatives that directly impact and address business strategies, ensuring that desired outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.

What You Will Do
  • Understand and obtain in-depth knowledge of Home Credit system and architecture landscape.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Elicits, formalizes, validates functional and non-functional requirements and document them as user stories or other relevant artifacts
  • Takes part in designing functionality together with the UX Designer and/or development team.
  • Construct workflows, business models, and sequence diagrams
  • Collaborates with the development team on a regular basis and provide timely support and guidance on requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder priorities
What You Should Have
  • 7 years minimum professional experience with IT implementation projects and business analysis
  • Experience working as a business analyst in an agile environment
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, UML (use case, BPMN, sequence model, data modelling)
  • Familiarity with Software design patterns, SOA, SaaS
  • Proficiency in analysis and modeling tools
