Key Responsibilities:


• Design and execute test cases for Dialogflow ES/CX agents, voice bots, and chatbots.


• Validate CCAI/GCCAI-based contact center integrations across channels.


• Perform end-to-end testing of voice and chat flows, including NLU/NLP validations.


• Create and maintain test automation frameworks for conversational interfaces (if applicable).


• Report bugs and provide root cause analysis with dev and AI teams.


• Collaborate with developers, cloud engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:


• At least 2 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing.


• Hands-on with any AI tool experience for testing


• Working knowledge of Google Cloud CCAI and GCCAI platforms (Prefered)


• Amenable to work Onsite in BGC Taguig, shifting schedule (early morning shift, morning shift, nightshift / Shift rotation per quarter)
