to design and deliver next-generation customer engagement solutions using
Dialogflow CX

In this role, you'll drive large-scale
contact center modernization programs
, blending strategy, technology, and innovation to help organizations achieve seamless, intelligent, and personalized customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Lead
    Google CCAI consulting and transformation projects
    across industries.
  • Design end-to-end
    customer experience (CX) solutions
    using Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and
  • Define CX strategies, operating models, and AI adoption roadmaps.
  • Conduct
    design thinking and innovation workshops
    to reimagine customer engagement journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to deliver
    CCaaS transformation initiatives
    .
  • Contribute to pre-sales and solutioning efforts by shaping proposals and creating compelling CX transformation stories.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in
    CX consulting, contact center transformation, or digital customer platforms
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    Google CCAI
    (Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Insights CX, or ).
  • Strong understanding of
    CX and contact center architecture
    and AI-driven automation.
  • Experience managing complex, global transformation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
  • Good to have:
    Familiarity with other
    Conversational AI platforms
    (Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Microsoft PVA, etc.) or
    CCaaS solutions
    (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, Sprinklr).
