Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery. Support the coordination of projects by assisting with scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project milestones. Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. Provide administrative support to the account management team, including document preparation, data entry, and filing. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings. Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients. Escalate issues to senior team members as needed and follow up on resolutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, including contracts, agreements, and project-related information. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
