The Opportunity The Sales Support Coordinator provides high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Clients & Industries group, including Account Directors, Business Development Executives, and the Pursuit Excellence team. This role ensures the smooth operation of sales activities by managing client information, assisting with meeting coordination and communication, and supporting the preparation of bids, proposals, and tender responses. The position plays a key role in helping the sales function operate efficiently and maintain strong client relationships across all stages of the sales cycle. Key Accountabilities Sales Administration and Coordination Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of actions. Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and supporting materials. Manage shared sales mailboxes, correspondence, and document filing to maintain consistency and accuracy. Track key sales activities and maintain sales documentation and templates. CRM and Data Management Maintain and update client and opportunity records in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Support reporting needs by extracting and compiling data for management reviews and pipeline meetings. Monitor and follow up on actions related to leads, opportunities, and client engagement activities. Sales and Pursuit Support Assist the Pursuit Excellence team in coordinating and preparing bids, proposals, and tender responses. Collate and format proposal content, coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, and manage document quality controls. Support the team with proofreading, version control, and document quality checks. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company templates and guidelines. Team and Client Support Provide administrative support to Account Directors and Business Development Executives, including client correspondence and calendar coordination. Support internal collaboration by maintaining communication channels, scheduling sales reviews, and coordinating team-wide initiatives. Assist with onboarding of new sales team members as required. Knowledge | Skills Experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or team support role (ideally within IT services, consulting, or professional services). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional correspondence and high level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation. Experience supporting bids, tenders, or proposal development. Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM best practices. Exposure to the IT services, technology, or consulting industry. Collaborative and team-oriented approach. Proactive and solutions-focused with strong initiative.
