Area Sales Manager in Animal Feed

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including farmers, distributors, and retailers.
-Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product usage and benefits.
-Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
-Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to keep the company's sales strategies competitive and forward-thinking.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
-With 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Animal Feed Industry
-Proficient in Key Account Management, Negotiation, and Execution
-In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition or the animal feed industry
-Able to deal with clients from Commercial and General Trade
-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic
-Willing to do field work in Caraga
