Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at HelloConnect, you will be part of a global team of designers. Your contribution to the development of our brand will predominantly be focused on establishing a stronger consumer base with the help of attractive print and digital designs. You will be responsible for the development of different creative assets for paid marketing and offline channels across 6 different brands for 18 markets, with the main goal of ensuring consistency across all channels and not losing sight of the Corporate Identity. Your work will have an immediate impact on how customers perceive the quality of our products, and your concepts will travel around the world

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create exceptional packaging designs for the in-box experience, including designing across all private label ingredients and the outer box.
• Create designs for print marketing materials, such as pull-up banners, flyers, posters, event collateral etc.
• Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.
• Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across a variety of digital marketing assets.
• Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams including operations, procurement as well as stakeholders in local markets.
• Work closely with third-party production houses and print partners: offer creative consultations, recommend paper and material solutions, and maintain and enforce the quality of files.
• Uphold the brand identity guidelines.
• Develop and adapt work with feedback, consolidating across stakeholders.

Skills and Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA/BFA degree in advertising / multimedia arts / industrial design / any design-related degree required.
• 4+ years experience working in an in-house creatives / advertising agency required.
• 2+ years experience in packaging design.
• 2+ years experience in digital design.
• Solid experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Understanding of the print world, CMYK and Pantone. Experience in creating technical drawings, instructions, and specification packs.
• Understanding of the digital world - Social Media, Onsite Banners, Google Banners, EDMs, Landing Pages/Homepage banners, etc.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing clear tasks and timelines.
• Working as a graphic/packaging designer on food and beverage is a major plus.
• Highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence.
• Organized and adaptable to fast-paced workflow.
• Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
• Ability to prioritize accordingly, set expectations, and meet deadlines.
