Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design product listing images, banners, infographics, and thumbnails optimized for

Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.

  • Create promotional campaign materials (flash sales, mega sales, vouchers, TikTok live

promotions, etc.).

  • Develop engaging social media creatives (ads, short-form video graphics, storyboards,

etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure creative

alignment with campaign objectives.

  • Maintain brand guidelines while adapting designs to platform-specific requirements

and trends.

  • Edit and enhance product photos/videos to increase click-through and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce design trends and platform best practices to ensure

competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (e-commerce experience

preferred).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design

tools like Canva or Figma.

  • Strong understanding of visual design for e-commerce (product photography editing,

layout design, conversion-driven creatives).

  • Experience with short-form video content and TikTok trends is an advantage.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce-related projects is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic video editing and motion graphics for TikTok and social ads.
  • Knowledge of SEO-friendly design practices for product listings.
  • Familiarity with online campaign calendars (e.g., 11.11, 12.12 sales).
