As a Graphic Designer, you are not only expected to use AI-powered tools for design ideation, asset production, and workflow optimization, but also to play an active role in driving innovation across our workflows. In this role, you will: Continuously explore and adopt new AI tools to enhance the quality, creativity, and efficiency of your design work. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and knowledge sharing. Proactively recommend and implement AI solutions that streamline design workflows, improve client outcomes, and set new standards for excellence in graphic design. Commit to ongoing learning by staying current with emerging AI technologies and best practices, and by sharing insights with the team. Regularly review and optimize your workflows using AI, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Need To Succeed A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Design, Creative, or related fields. 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer within a creative agency, design studio, or in-house design team. A portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, including advertisements, branding, and more. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides; basic understanding of motion design is a plus. Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, data visualization, usability, and color theory. Attention to detail in organizing files and collaborating effectively with colleagues. Ability to translate creative direction into appealing and effective designs. Strong time management skills to deliver high-quality work within deadlines and budget constraints. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A team-focused mindset with experience collaborating with Art Directors and creative teams.
