What you'll be doing Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and challenges, and develop and implement tailored HR solutions Provide expert advice and solutions on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, organisational development, performance management, and employee relations Drive the design and delivery of impactful HR initiatives that support the overall business strategy and strengthen our company culture Lead the HR team in the execution of key HR processes and programmes, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to managers and employees, promoting best practices and driving employee engagement and retention Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities and make data‑driven recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date with evolving HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and ensure the company's HR policies and practices are compliant What we're looking for 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment More than 5 years of managerial experience. Strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of delivering HR solutions that drive business impact Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organisation Strategic mindset and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex HR challenges Experience in leading and developing high‑performing HR teams Proficiency in HR data analysis and the use of HR technologies and systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred With experience in CBA Negotiation #J-18808-Ljbffr
