Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Outbound Sales Specialist – Remote, WFH

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to support the owner of a fast-growing construction franchise in the US. Your main focus will be outbound sales outreach, cold calling, and lead qualification. You’ll connect with potential customers, move them through the sales pipeline, and help close new business.

If you’re confident making high-volume sales calls, skilled at writing effective outreach emails, and motivated by hitting targets, this role is a perfect fit. You’ll work directly with the business owner, learn the ins and outs of the construction industry, and sharpen your sales skills in a supportive, fast-moving team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Make at least 50 outbound sales calls daily to qualified B2B leads.
  • Conduct cold calls and cold emails to generate interest and qualify prospects.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to keep them moving through the pipeline.
  • Manage and update all communication, tasks, and leads in HubSpot CRM.
  • Work directly with the franchise owner on daily sales activities.
  • Create and refine scripts, outreach templates, and sales processes.
  • Support other operational tasks as needed to help the business grow.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years outbound sales or cold calling experience (B2B preferred)
  • At least 1 year experience working remotely in a professional setup.
  • Comfortable working directly with US-based clients and open to feedback.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and consistent with outreach efforts.
  • CRM experience, HubSpot is a strong plus.
  • Experience in commercial construction sales is a big advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
  • 55,000 PHP per month base salary.
