As a Data Entry Associate, you'll play a critical role in managing and entering data into our company databases and systems. You will ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, supporting various departments by maintaining reliable and organized records. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Accurately input data from various sources into designated databases and systems. Verify data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Identify and correct data entry errors, discrepancies, and omissions. Organize and archive hard copy and digital files. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed. Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding data-related issues. Follow established procedures for data entry and quality control. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements: Proven data entry experience with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Strong typing skills (minimum 45 WPM). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
