Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Management Virtual Assistant to support our operations team in maintaining and optimizing our CRM system, The ideal candidate will ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date. This role involves data entry, research, and quality control, contributing directly to the efficiency and accuracy of our business development operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM records in with complete and verified data.
- Conduct research using Google and LinkedIn to fill in missing information and verify lead details.
- Import and export datasets between and CSV files.
- Audit data regularly to identify and correct inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align CRM data with business objectives.
- Flag and report incomplete or inaccurate data entries.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all business-related data.
Mandatory Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in data entry, data cleaning, and record management.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using online research tools such as Google and LinkedIn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing boards and integrations in
- Previous experience in CRM management or data administration.
- Understanding of lead management and sales funnel processes.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and tracking.
- Experience working remotely in a collaborative team environment.
