Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist ( Manager / Associate ) Join to apply for the Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist ( Manager / Associate ) role at Dempsey Resource Management Responsibilities Register cosmetics, drugs, food supplements, medical devices, and household hazardous products with the FDA. Prepare for initial and renewal of LTO licenses and coordinate with FDA inspectors. Handle and resolve Notice of Compliance from the FDA. Maintain current knowledge of relevant cosmetics regulations and keep up to date with changes in legislation and guidelines. Ensure formulations confirm to Philippine FDA standards and remain within approved limits. Ensure assigned warehouses comply with FDA requirements. Conduct product tests for all finished goods distributed and imported by the company. Schedule and facilitate monthly warehouse visits and coordinate pest control schedules. Update related departments and management on the latest regulatory requirements and FDA advisories. Investigate product complaints and assist in answering customer inquiries and concerns. Handle products from both imported and local suppliers. Conduct annual audits of suppliers and toll manufacturers. Coordinate with manufacturers for Product Information Files based on the ASEAN Cosmetics Directive. Process initial and renewal of Memoranda of Agreement with manufacturers. Request updated GMP and ISO certifications from manufacturers. Qualifications Experience in LTO inspection and release of CPR. Strong knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations for cosmetics and related products. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
