Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data across various company systems and databases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for client, product, and operational data. Review documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry. Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods. Generate reports and summaries as requested by supervisors or management. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or missing data. Meet daily or weekly performance targets for speed and accuracy. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong command of written and spoken English (required). Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace tools. Basic understanding of data management systems and online platforms. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles preferred. Fresh graduates with strong English and computer skills are welcome to apply. Working Hours Flexible schedule available (full-time or part-time options). Standard working hours are 8 hours per day , Monday to Friday.
