Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets. Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before submission. Identify and correct data entry errors, ensuring consistency across systems. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Prepare and organize reports as required by management. Collaborate with team members to improve data management efficiency. Follow data entry procedures and meet daily or weekly productivity targets. Perform data clean-up, file management, and digital documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong typing speed with a minimum of 35–45 words per minute and high accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets , and basic computer applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical abilities. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop. Experience 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work. Freshers with good computer knowledge are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in remote or online data entry roles will be considered an advantage. Working Hours Flexible working schedule: Full-time or Part-time options available. Typical work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Local Time) Remote position – work from the comfort of your home. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Familiarity with online data management systems and spreadsheets. Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines.
