About the Role As a Premier Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of property consultants and drive sales performance through strong leadership, market insight, and customer-centered strategies. You’ll work closely with CLI’s leadership team to design and execute initiatives that uphold our promise of building sustainable and thriving communities. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of property specialists to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends. Build and strengthen relationships with partner brokers, agents, and clients through exceptional service and trust. Monitor market dynamics and provide insights to continuously improve CLI’s sales performance. Foster collaboration and uphold CLI’s core values in every team engagement and client interaction. Ensure adherence to company standards, ethical selling practices, and performance excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder (any business-related course preferred). With 3–5 years of leadership or managerial experience . With 3–5 years of experience in the real estate industry . Strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and people development skills.
