RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION Monitors personnel requisition and deploy personnel to requisition department accordingly Collate manpower requisition from various RTPC Dept. Sources applicants, conducts psychological exams, interviews and screens applicants ensuring proper selection and placement of personnel Continous posting for job vacancies infront of office building and in PEZA Admin, asked possible applicants from PESO Salinas office and on free online advertiseme Regularly updates the manpower pool on active file for various positions in the company Conduct orientation for newly hired employees one week before actual start date of work Prepared employment contract to be submitted to RTPC Gen. Manager for signature and review one week before actual deployment for work Make summary of employee's master files composed of employee's name, date hired, position and other personal information for easily viewing and monitoring of all information needed for a particular employee TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Implements the guidelines on the appraisal system for regular employees and handles the distribution, collation and review of all accomplished appraisal form Performance Appraisal form for distribution to various RTPC Dept Heads at least two (2) weeks before end of each employment contract to conduct Performance Evaluation Monitors employee movements and transfer for promotion on or development purpose and proccess documentation of the same for 201 file Discuss with RTPC various Dept Heads if they have recommendation for their respective subordinates regarding promotion, movements and transfer Coordinates other training schedule, venue materials, etc Prepared necessary training outline for specific topics needed by RTPC employees then submit proposal to RTPc Gen. Manager for approval for in-house training Updates and monitors employee training record ADMINISTRATIVE Processing of necessary documents for PEZA and other government agencies Represents the company for conciliation meetings, or hearing for labor concerns and assist emlpoyee's concerns and welfare To ensure that all complains arises from employees will be properly fixed and address to avoid any legal issues by talking to concern employees for proper arrangement of the issue Prepares enrollment report for newly hired employees to SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig agencies COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Monitor updates on government announcement for wage increase and recommendation from various RTPC Dept Heads then submit proposal to RTPC Gen. Manager for review and approval Oversees administration of employee benefits such as vacation and sick leave, emergency loan (if applied) and other company benefits. Oversees processing of clearance and final pay of resigned or separated employees Check anf review final pay computation by Accounting Assistant and to ensure with proper attachment of needed documents such as accomplished clearance before submission to RTPC Gen. Manager for approval. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND SERVICES To ensure that company policies and procedures will be properly followed on a day to day basis Conduct investigation and impose disciplinary action to concern employees then submit recommendation to RTPC Gen. Manager for review and approval Recommend to RTPC Gen. Manager recreational and sports activities for all RTPC employees to create unity and one goal for the company OTHERS Check payroll computation every payday before submission to GM for final approval Checking of request for payment to various suppliers before actual payment ot check preparation Monitor and supervise Logistics Team #J-18808-Ljbffr
