
Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient recall efforts and referral tracking to ensure continuity of care
- Operate within a virtual call-center environment to handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments accurately based on provider availability and patient needs
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into electronic health records and other systems
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments and assist patients with questions related to coverage
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal departments to facilitate a smooth patient experience
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
- Open for Senior High Graduate, College Graduate, Bachelors/College Degree
- Familiar with Medical Terminologies, insurance processes, is an advantage but not required
- Excellent with phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Amenable to work onsite and graveyard shift.
