In this position, you will work closely with our development and product teams to design, test, and refine user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Your focus will be on understanding user behavior and needs, using this insight to create designs that not only look great but also function seamlessly. Responsibilities
  • Design, test, and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications in collaboration with development and product teams.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure feasibility and consistency of designs during implementation.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
  • Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices across projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present design concepts effectively.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with design systems and cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio demonstrating web and mobile UI/UX projects.
  • Experience in agile environments.
