Overview We’re looking for imaginative and tech-savvy Web & Graphic Designers who embrace both traditional and modern tools, including AI-enhanced workflows to produce exceptional designs. What You’ll Be Doing Design a wide range of high-quality deliverables, including: Print (flyers, business cards, packaging, book covers) Digital (web pages, UI elements, email graphics, social media assets) Ads (display banners, lead magnets, promos) Presentations and infographics Use and integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Freepik AI, or similar, to speed up ideation and improve creative output Collaborate with fellow designers, Squad Leads, and Quality Analysts to deliver consistent, on-brand designs Interpret client briefs with clarity and professionalism, turning vague input into strategic creative output Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and AI developments to enhance our service Manage your time efficiently across multiple design requests daily, ensuring quality and creativity Requirements Proven experience (1+ years) in web and graphic design, ideally in a remote agency or client-facing setup Advanced English communication skills (writing and reading), B2 level or higher A strong portfolio showing versatility, originality, and attention to detail across print and digital media Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma, including mastery of Auto Layout Canva Bonus: AI design tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, Freepik AI, etc.) Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive web design A reliable computer setup: Minimum: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM Plus, a backup machine High-speed, stable internet (50 Mbps+) with a backup plan A collaborative, ego-free attitude toward design feedback Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment Willingness to undergo and pass 1 week of Bootcamp (paid trial work) before being officially hired Benefits Set-Up and Location: Must be locally based in the Philippines, 100% permanent remote work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h/day, 1pm to 10pm PH time (core hours 6pm–10pm) Designer Referral: Php 15,000 for each designer you refer who joins and stays Paid Time-Off: 15 days paid leave + 10 unpaid days + 2 sick days paid (after 6 months) Bonuses: Christmas bonus, performance-based increases/bonuses, career progression HMO: after 6 months of tenure Perks: Work anniversary gifts and additional paid leaves Learning & Growth: Support for learning in a collaborative environment Purpose-Driven Work: Helping small businesses grow with great design Our Hiring Process Application/Portfolio Review Interview Skills Assessment (Design and English Skills Test) Design Bootcamp (5 days of paid trial work) Job Offer Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Art/Creative Industries: Design Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Deer Designer by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
