Job Description Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Enginering.
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- 3–5years of project management experience in manufacturing industry . Oleochemical industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in engineering software such as Auto CAD ,Civil 3Dand etc.
- Strong knowledge of structural design, construction standards, and site development
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale budgets.
- Familiarity with contract management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple departments or teams
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies .
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Oversee the project planning improvement and ensure that the daily basis operation requirement of the organization is achieve with standard process and procedure.
- Daily monitoring and report in Mechanical ,Technical and Installation of project activities in all department .
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Develop Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects development.
- Stamp and sign engineering documents and drawings as a licensed professional, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory standards.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project proposals
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage project resources, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Track project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact project outcomes.
- Communicate project status, updates, and changes to all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and industryregulations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned. Performs other tasks, duties and responsibilities required by the Top Management and Board of Director
