Learning Content Inspector | Communications Specialist Location: Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies, helping its clients represent, protect and grow their brands. Responsibilities Develop and execute tactical communications plans that support the team's strategic goals. Manage a variety of communication channels, including website, email, and print. Write and edit content for a variety of audiences. Source, create and manage visual assets, such as infographics, videos, and presentations. Work with other teams to ensure that communications are aligned with the overall goals. Track and measure the effectiveness of communications efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field. Strong project management skills. Strong writing and editing skills. Experience in change management. Experience with social media and other digital channels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management skills.
