Job Description The L&D Specialist – Content Developer is responsible for designing and developing engaging learning content that supports the growth and performance of IQ‑EQ’s global workforce. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts, L&D partners, and business leaders to create scalable, high‑impact learning solutions that reflect IQ‑EQ’s strategic priorities and values. About The Job Instructional Design and Content Development You will design and produce digital learning materials including e‑learning modules, videos, guides, and toolkits using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia You’ll apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to ensure content is effective, inclusive, and engaging You’ll develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for review and iteration Learning Program Support You’ll collaborate with L&D Business Partners to translate learning needs into content solutions You’ll support the development of onboarding, compliance, technical, and leadership programs You’ll maintain and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance Learning Technology and Systems You’ll upload and manage content within the Learning Management System (LMS) You’ll ensure content is SCORM‑compliant and optimized for various devices You’ll monitor learner engagement and feedback to inform continuous improvement Stakeholder Engagement You’ll partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to gather insights and validate content You’ll facilitate content reviews and incorporate feedback You’ll promote a culture of learning and innovation across the organization Qualifications You have proven experience in instructional design and digital content development You’re proficient in e‑learning authoring tools and multimedia production You bring strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities You have excellent written and verbal communication skills You’ve worked in a global, fast‑paced professional services environment (preferred) You’re familiar with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms such as Cornerstone or SuccessFactors You hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field You have a professional certification in instructional design, e‑learning development, or adult learning (e.g., ATD, CIPD, APTD, CPLP, or similar) You bring 3–5 years of experience designing and developing digital learning content in a corporate or professional services setting You have demonstrated expertise in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms You understand adult learning theory, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and blended learning strategies You’ve worked with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise platforms You’re familiar with SCORM, xAPI, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality content within tight deadlines You have strong analytical skills and can translate business needs into effective learning solutions You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator across diverse teams and geographies You’ve worked in global or cross‑cultural learning environments (an advantage) You understand data‑driven learning evaluation methods and performance metrics Additional Information Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
