Your Role Create and schedule original social media content (posts, reels, TikToks, stories, short-form videos) using supplied brand/product photography from the graphics team. Write and optimize captions, select hashtags, and ensure all content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals. Edit and adapt content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, maintaining platform-specific best practices. Maintain content calendars across multiple brands, ensuring consistent and timely posting. Identify and apply emerging trends, audios, and formats to develop brand-appropriate content. Engage and grow communities by monitoring comments, DMs, and mentions, and responding to followers daily. Track and report engagement metrics, impressions, reach, and follower growth through weekly and monthly reports. Execute and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager campaigns, including boosts, dark posts, and conversion-focused ads. Analyze ad KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPC, conversions) and provide data-driven recommendations for improved ROI. Support operations by maintaining campaign trackers, preparing reports, and staying updated on platform changes and policies. What You Need Non-negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital campaign support. Previous work experience with U.S.-based companies or consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brands preferred. Proven ability to independently create short-form social media content (reels, TikToks, stories, and static posts). Practical experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager; Pinterest Ads experience is a plus. Strong understanding of campaign targeting, placements, and budget allocation. Advanced knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts best practices. Skilled in interpreting engagement, impressions, CTR, CPM, and conversions to create actionable insights. Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to write compelling captions and ad copy. Up-to-date knowledge of U.S. social media culture, algorithms, and emerging formats. Ability to manage multiple calendars, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
