Role Description The Employer Branding & Communications Senior Specialist (Content & Creatives) is responsible for developing and delivering compelling, high-quality content that brings Converge’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) commitments to life. This role provides end-to-end creative production support for both external campaigns and internal People & Culture initiatives, ensuring consistent, engaging, and authentic messaging across all platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, employer branding, marketing, or creative content production. Strong portfolio demonstrating writing, graphic design, and video production/editing capabilities. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software. Excellent writing and narrative development skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging internal stakeholders and external agencies. Ability to manage multiple campaigns (internal and social media) and deadlines effectively. Innovative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and passionate about employer branding and culture-building. What You’ll Do Content Strategy & Storytelling Develop and manage a content calendar that supports employer branding campaigns, EVP/DEIB activation, and People & Culture initiatives. Write and produce stories highlighting Converge’s culture, employee experiences, and EVP in action. Ensure brand voice and EVP/DEIB integration across all people communications, internally and externally. Creative Production Lead end-to-end content creation – from conceptualization and writing to graphic design, video production, editing, and publishing. Design toolkits, templates, and multimedia assets for recruitment marketing, engagement programs, and internal P&C campaigns. Produce content optimized for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, newsletters). Employer Branding Campaigns Support high-impact campaigns (Employer of the Year, EVP/DEIB activations, career fairs, engagement events). Drive social media activations and digital storytelling to strengthen external brand visibility. Partner with the Early Careers & Partnerships Program Manager to align content with nationwide partnerships, events, and office branding rollouts. Internal Alignment & Collaboration Work closely with P&C functions (Engagement, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards) to ensure EVP messaging is activated across all employee touchpoints. Create internal communication kits and creative support for P&C programs and initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for larger-scale campaign or production needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
