This Position reports to: Marketing&Sales Mgr & Commercial Leader Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Field Service Engineer team with full accountability of running the day-to-day field service activities and to overachieve customer expectations. Each day, you will create, implement, and review field service operations strategies for designated area(s) based on the global service business strategy. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer focus, understanding sense of urgency, and care in your area of responsibility. Work model is: Onsite Demonstrating technical expertise, operational leadership according to ABB's procedures and policies Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer service experience in field service activities Driving continuous improvement of field service quality, enabling a first-time-right implementation Steering performance of the field service activities by following up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving corrective actions based on them Guiding a continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence in your area of responsibility Creating, implementing, and reviewing field service operations strategy for designated area(s) based on the global service business strategy Ensuring customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency, and care in your own area of responsibility Qualifications For The Role Product domain knowledge specifically in Electrification low voltage, medium voltage systems, solutions and lifecycle services Hands-on experience in installation, testing & commission, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and modernization 8 years experience in execution, project management and delivering an end-to-end solution Proficiency in service planning and scheduling tools (SAP, Salesforce, other related proprietary tools) Knowledge in budgeting, SLA management, periodization and revenue planning and familiarity with ISO standards, regulatory compliance and Philippine electrical codes Experience in working with EPCs, Utilities, Datacenters and Multi-site facilities Degree in Electrical Engineering with HSE training certifications are preferred Benefits HMO for self and immediate family Car allowance and fuel card Rice allowance and mobile allowance Retirement Plan Employee share acquisition program More About Us ABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations.
