Operations Manager – Telecom (Remote/Hybrid)

Your contribution
  • Taking responsibility: Manage day-to-day activities and drive strategic improvements of a customer service and back office support group. Create a customer-focused environment to motivate teams to deliver high quality and excellent performance. Develop the service portfolio and technology landscape with the client.
  • Set the ground for excellence: Responsible for professional development of the team. Identify training needs and organize upskilling as needed.
  • Implement reliably: Analyze operational performance, draw conclusions, take proactive measures, and communicate transparently with clients and management.
Qualifications
  • Personality: Client-oriented, team player; strong communication; open-minded and highly motivated.
  • Working method: result and future-oriented; strong analytical skills; stays calm under pressure; proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of managerial experience in the BPO or shared services industry; leadership experience of multiple teams; client relationship development background.
  • Language: Excellent English communication skills.
  • Schedule: Day shift.

Regional Operations Manager

Job Description (summary):

  • Oversee standard and efficient day-to-day operations of malls within the assigned area.
  • Develop a structured business plan for mall operations; implement policies, guidelines, and procedures consistent with company standards.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with tenants and retail groups to ensure business continuity.
  • Improve customer service inside the mall; monitor status via daily/weekly/monthly itineraries.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Educational background: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or related field.
  • Mall management experience with proven track record in mall operations and standards; knowledge in building maintenance.
  • Competencies: negotiation, tenant management; strong communication skills in English/Filipino.
  • Experience: 4–6 years in related field; managerial capacity; 4 years in mall operations and/or building management preferred.
  • Technical: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT); good reports and presentation skills.
  • Availability: Able to work weekends/holidays as needed; English and Filipino language proficiency.
