- Monitor the operation of power generation equipment to ensure that the power plant operates to its full capacity.
- Ensure that routine inspection and maintenance of power plant equipment are regularly done to prevent any potential problems.
- Consolidate risk assessment result generated from the staffs to plan and create preventive measures
- Provide and establish innovative solutions to any arising problems.
- Responsible with the overall compliance with the local city, municipal or national regulations pertaining to safety and environmental protection.
- Supervise the overall power plant operations and standard procedures.
- Develop systematize processes and innovate existing procedures beneficial to the project or management.
- Establish excellent leadership and demonstrate the value and importance of safety and environmental programs by monitoring the completion of overall power plant concerns.
- Participate in required safety and environmental meetings required or as stated by law.
- Cascade all received required protocols to the management that needs to be implemented.
- Provide efficient task to its subordinates relevant to what the project requires.
- Build and establish excellent values with the team to achieve the goals of the company.
- Performs all other duties to be assigned during the employment period.
- Degree holder in Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Electrical Engineer
- 2 - 3 years work experience as a powerplant manager or related role in a solar power plant or renewable energy industry
- Has the ability to manage the entire power plant and supervise manpower
