We operate 3 business segments:

• Corporate Secretary: Automating company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign. Market leadership in Singapore with a notable share of new business incorporations.
• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining accounting, bookkeeping, tax and payroll with the SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service.
• FinTech payments: Providing digital banking services to new businesses to support growth.

Lead Compliance Officer is responsible for championing a culture of compliance and risk awareness across global operations, using technology to scale regulatory adherence and continuously improve policies, training, and processes.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer. Ideally located in Singapore.

• Review and approval of high-risk client assessments: Review 100% of escalated high-risk cases within 2 hours, provide feedback to the compliance officer on oversights, and present each case to the Head of Compliance for final approval within 4 hours.
• Timely management of screening alerts: Ensure no name screening alerts are outstanding for more than 24 hours; no transaction monitoring alerts unresolved beyond 48 hours.
• Quality review and reporting: Conduct quality reviews of Low/Medium/High-Risk cases (at least 20% of each category) and prepare a quarterly findings report with remediation suggestions.
• Investigation timeliness and STR filing: Complete/review at least 80% of investigations within 15 calendar days; file required STRs within 5 calendar days of closing the investigation.
• Improvements to on-boarding and ongoing monitoring: Identify and recommend improvements in client KYC, risk assessment, transaction monitoring or screening processes, to be implemented with Product and IT teams.

Specific interview process details: introductory HR call, case study with real-life challenges, career discussion, and reference interviews. A non-binding offer is made verbally and via email, followed by a contract for signing. Background screening is required as Sleek is a regulated entity and may involve external verifications (education, criminal history, political exposure, bankruptcy/adverse credit history) with consent obtained before checks. Depending on role, adverse results may affect probation eligibility.
