Lead and motivate the sales team to reach goals. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching. Manage shift schedules and delegate tasks. Communicate effectively between employees and management. Encourage teamwork and collaboration in the store. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Office-based work Strong leadership, people management, and motivational skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience in handling customer service concerns and employee issues.
