Operations Manager – Senior Manager Utilization Analytics

Permanent remote position. The Operations Manager plays a key role in driving the overall efficiency of the company. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating daily operations while ensuring that organizational goals are consistently met. The role involves managing personnel and resources, streamlining workflows, and implementing strategies that promote productivity and cost-effectiveness. The Operations Manager also monitors performance, identifies areas for improvement, and ensures that all tasks and projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility: manage day to day activities and drive strategic improvements of a customer service and back office support group. Create a customer focused environment that motivates and empowers teams to deliver high quality and excellent performance. Develop the service portfolio and technology landscape together with the client.
  • Set the ground for excellence: oversee the professional development of the team. Identify training needs and organize upskilling as needed.
  • Implement reliably: analyze operational performance, derive conclusions, take proactive measures, and communicate transparently with clients and management.

Qualifications:

  • Personality: client oriented, team player; strong leadership, efficient communicator, open minded and highly motivated.
  • Working Method: results and future oriented; exceptional analytical skills; able to stay calm and organized under pressure; proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in BPO or shared services; leadership experience across multiple teams; client relationship development background.
  • Language: Excellent English communication skills.
  • Schedule: Day shift.

Job Description

  • Oversees the standard and efficient day-to-day operations of malls within the area of assignment.
  • Develops a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operation.
  • Ensures consistent implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures in conformance with company standards.
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with tenants and retail groups to ensure continuity of business.
  • Takes action to improve customer services inside the mall; performs daily, weekly, monthly project itineraries to check status.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or related field.
  • Mall management experience with proven track record in mall operations and standards.
  • Knowledgeable in building maintenance; strong negotiation and tenant management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) in English; ability to interact, relate to, and negotiate with tenants professionally.
  • Leadership and decision-making skills; strong organization and people management abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and standard office equipment; English and Filipino language proficiency.
  • Available to work weekends and holidays; may require a dual-monitor setup and reliable internet.
