Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager (Senior) to join our team supporting DISA JSP Service Delivery. • Provide comprehensive technical, administrative, and operational leadership for large-scale IT projects, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining milestones, allocating resources, and managing schedules.
• Oversee project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage staffing, resource allocation, task prioritization, and overall project coordination to meet objectives.
• Monitor and mitigate risks by developing contingency plans and ensuring effective issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the development and documentation of project-related materials, including status reports, technical manuals, white papers, and user training guides.
• Support process improvement initiatives through the evaluation and enhancement of project workflows.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, fostering alignment with strategic objectives.

• Experience: Eight years of experience in information technology, which includes at least three years in a management or supervisory position. Additionally, three years of experience within the specific functional area related to the project being managed are required
• Certifications: CompTIA Network+
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related functional area
• Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance
