A Snapshot of Your Role
As a Trainer , you will play a key role in developing and enhancing employee competencies across the organization. You’ll design and deliver impactful training programs, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve learning strategies to ensure alignment with both business needs and employee growth.
- Facilitate classes to support employee competency development
- Review course curricula and suggest improvements
- Ensure adherence to Training Quality Guidelines and processes
- Provide complete documentation for all training sessions conducted
- Collaborate with L&D to implement and improve development programs
- Conduct training effectiveness audits and track post-training results
- Analyze classroom feedback to improve facilitation techniques
- Conduct training needs analysis and research new training initiatives
- Design and develop instructional materials to support training objectives
- Identify skill gaps and recommend actionable improvement plans
- Revise and update existing training content as needed
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong experience in facilitating Sales training sessions
- Experience in handling Sales accounts, inbound and outbound
- Experience in training design and instructional development
- Analytical skills to evaluate training impact
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and innovative mindset in developing learning solutions
- Improved employee competency and performance post-training
- High satisfaction ratings on training sessions
- Effective knowledge transfer aligned with business goals
