What You’ll Do

  • Retrieve data from websites, portals, SFTP, or internal databases.

  • Verify medical patient eligibility and benefits with insurance carriers.

  • Complete daily assigned tasks accurately and on time.

  • Safeguard sensitive data and comply with HIPAA guidelines.

  • Meet daily performance targets (210 points) and record end-of-day activities.

  • Support the team with other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 97% accuracy .

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and general computer applications.

  • Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or office procedures is an advantage.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and a reliable team player.

  • Willing to work onsite during training, with possible hybrid setup afterward.
