  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with HRIS and data analysis tools; ability to generate reports and analyze data.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices; ability to handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team; adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities is preferred.
