- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with HRIS and data analysis tools; ability to generate reports and analyze data.

- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team; adaptability to changing priorities.
