Job Responsibility Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of all project profitability reports for all Philippine and Global facilities. Other Job Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, implement, and continuously review systems to gather identified information using best practices and standards, guided by the Global Project Accounting Manager. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all project cost and profitability information. Work closely with other departments to ensure all underlying systems and support operations function effectively. Provide input to the Global Project Accounting Manager to improve the usefulness of project financial data and support the development of systems, processes, and standards. Review, analyze, interpret, and present financial information to guide sound decision-making. Resolve or escalate issues related to understanding financial concepts and principles to maximize the use of available project information. Test new tools based on direction from the Global Project Accounting Manager and ensure proper validation before implementation. Communicate updates on project accounting policies and procedures to internal stakeholders and coordinate with them regarding their needs. Identify and provide orientation and training to enhance understanding of project accounting concepts and maximize the use of reports. Actively participate in the company’s Quality Management and Information Security Management Systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, OR Management Accounting (not necessarily CPA) 2-4 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role Basic knowledge of Project Accounting Practices & methodologies Proficient in Excel formulas Ability to analyze financial data Attention to detail & accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Accounting software Can start ASAP Willing to work during weekends and holidays (month-end activity) #J-18808-Ljbffr
