The Opportunity: We are currently looking for an experienced Level 1 Support Consultant to join our team. The successful applicant will be an all-rounder with the ability to span both support and project teams. Responsibilities The role involves providing Level 1 service desk support and collaborating with both support and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Skills and qualifications Initiative and a desire to lead and grow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional phone manner with a genuine customer service focus Able to work unattended Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills The ability to work effectively under tight deadlines Experience with Windows (All current flavors), Active Directory, GP, Terminal Server, Citrix, Office365, Azure, Hyper-V, and SANs A sound understanding of switching and routing A current Australian driver\'s license and reliable car Australian citizenship or permanent residency Excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to work as a cohesive team member A great sense of humor and positive outlook Nice to have Microsoft Certifications Experience with Connectwise SharePoint knowledge Having worked at another MSP Knowledge of image-based backups Benefits and perks Centrally located in Norwest – save hours on your daily commute Exposure to a vast range of new technologies.
