Fulfillment Warehouse Supervisor

You will supervise the performance of the Team Leads overseeing various parts of the direct fulfillment processes, including storage/put away of parcels, Pick and Pack (Relabel, Dispose & Bulk Reship). You will perform a variety of duties related to the daily report generation, packaging, order closeout and shipping of customer orders.
Main Duties

  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team leads to check inventory movements and support the day-to-day processing of customer requests and fulfillment processes.
  • Support the data tracking for all Fulfillment reports.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant inventory management for fulfillment warehouse, including all warehouse transactions and cycle counts
  • Circulate throughout the department as needed to help resolve problems, identify improvement opportunities and maintain effective employee and co-worker relations.
  • Controls inventory levels by supervising physical counts; reconciling with data storage systems.
  • Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Provide training to the Fulfillment team.
  • Work with the Fulfillment Manager in the escalating department needs to support the success of the day-to-day fulfillment operations.
Relevant Experience
  • 2-3 years cumulative work experience in warehousing and fulfillment.
  • Preferably within the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry.
  • Experience in warehouse management
  • Setting up and scaling up warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Experience with any Warehouse Management System is a plus
  • Experience in managing a team
