What You'll Do:

  • Lead, monitor, and control daily warehouse operations on the ground.
  • Ensure timely approvals for Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs).
  • Supervise receiving, put-away, picking, quality check, packing, and dispatch activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for returns and quarantine trackers.
  • Raise alerts when quarantine utilization approaches critical levels.
  • Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all warehouse activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide data, insights, and feedback.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Present performance reports, gap analysis, and corrective actions to management.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience:
    Previous role as a Team Leader or Junior Supervisor in warehouse operations.
  • Background:
    Solid knowledge of inbound, outbound, and inventory management (E-commerce experience preferred).
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong data gathering, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Effective communication (written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration).
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields preferred.
